Scale Up People Strategy

Our clients need a neutral, guiding advisor & strategy consultant in all things "people" in order to move forward and grow.

 

We support founders, executive teams, investors and more to mentor, advise and action the human strategy side of their business

Typical work consists of:

  • People & talent strategy for scaling companies (eg. for use in fundraising)

  • Leadership & Learning Program design & delivery

  • People & performance development planning

CONSULTING/ADVISORY

We work on either project or retainer basis with consulting rates starting at £250/hr 

​

  • Daily rates and extended projects rates also available

Executive & Leadership Coaching

While we know founders and leaders can passionately try to do most things, we also know they often feel lonely and vulnerable.

 

As coaches, we work without any agenda or biases to ably support our clients, growing them as business owners, leaders and humans, guiding them (and their businesses as a result) to higher levels of success in all aspects of their lives.

We work 1:1 and with teams and our coaching themes can include:

  • Goal setting

  • Resilience

  • Prioritisation

  • Communication

  • Conflict

  • Whole-self consideration

  • Transition (between careers, roles and companies)

  • Plus other bespoke, human topics

The investment into coaching starts with a complimentary introduction call and then is:

​

INDIVIDUAL COACHING (FACE TO FACE OR VIRTUAL) - Packages of 6 sessions (over 3 months)

 

Global Corporate Executives (Director, C-Suite):  £1500 

Start-up/Scale-up Founders/ Leaders (1-50 FTE):  £1250 

Young Career/ Students:  £1000

  • Sessions are between 45 min-75 min in length, driven by the client's individual need.

  • Minimum of 6 individual sessions are to be booked and discounts are available for 12 sessions or more.

TEAM COACHING (FACE TO FACE OR VIRTUAL)

Packages of 3 sessions (over 3 months)

 

Individual contributor teams (up to 5) £2100 

Senior Leadership Teams (up to 5) £2500 

 

  • Sessions are typically 75 - 90 min in length driven by the client's individual need.

  • Minimum number of 3 sessions are needed.

Team Optimisation & Facilitation

As teams grow and change, they often find it hard to continue to be engaged and focused on what's needed to move forward towards success.

We work with teams in growth, flux or change, facilitating experiential and fun leadership and/or team effectiveness sessions, bringing them together for impact. We custom build our sessions & journeys to meet the unique needs of each and every team.

We deliver our sessions to be face-to-face, hybrid or virtual and can even incorporate bespoke offsite arrangements to further enhance the experience.

The investment into transforming and development your team(s) starts with a complimentary introduction call and then is:

  • The most effective group size is 6 -12 per session/cohort, any more than that may require more time/costs.

  • Preparation time is included in delivery time unless extra customisation is required and then the hours will be agreed upon by the client in advance.
